HANSON MOB, LLC ACQUIRES 104 LIBERTY STREET MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING

9,200 Square Foot Medical Office Building Acquired

Hanson, MA --- June, 2009--- Hanson MOB, LLC, an investment group organized by Whelan Associates, LLC, has acquired the 9,200 square foot medical office building located at 104 Liberty Street in Hanson, MA.  Caritas Christi Physicians Network, Inc.  has signed a new 15 year lease in the building.  Whelan Associates, LLC will manage the asset for the investors.
