WHELAN ASSOCIATES ANNOUNCES THE RIBBON CUTTING FOR THEIR NEWEST MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING

Whelan Associates, LLC has completed the construction phase of Two Washington Place in Easton, MA, and will host a ribbon cutting and grand opening event.

New Bedford, MA --- November 24, 2008--- Whelan Associates, LLC has announced today that there will be a ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening held for their newest Class A medical office building, Two Washington Place. The event, hosted by Whelan Associates, Brockton Urology and South Shore Dermatology Physicians, is scheduled for December 10th at 4:30 pm.

The ribbon cutting ceremony will kick off the official opening of Two Washington Place. The 42,000 square foot building, located off of Route 138 in Easton, MA, is the second in the Washington Place development. Two Washington Place was strategically designed to accommodate the latest medical technologies making it a perfect fit for tenants, including Brockton Urology and South Shore Dermatology Physicians.

With the success of One and Two Washington Place, Whelan Associates is looking forward to future business opportunities in the Easton area, including Three Washington Place, which is fully permitted and now pre-leasing.
