The Holiday Spirit is Alive in Downtown New Bedford

Decorations and carolers kick off the holiday season for Whelan Associates

Whelan Associates has kicked off the 2007 holiday season with festive decorations and music at their local developments, particularly those in historic downtown New Bedford. Bank Plaza, located at 700 Pleasant Street and the Union Square Office Centre, located at 174 Union Street, both feature trimmings echoing the spirit of the season.

Bank Plaza has been decorated with two, fifteen foot, fully decorated and lit Christmas trees with gifts beneath them, above the main entrance to the building. The Union Square Office Centre, corporate headquarters of Whelan Associates, has donned fresh wreaths and garland, as well as a twenty foot, fully decorated and lit Christmas tree.

As well as the festive decor, seasonal music is being broadcast at 174 Union Street throughout the late afternoon and early evening daily. To top off the holiday season, Whelan Associates will have performances by the Very Merry Dickens Carolers at 174 Union Street on Friday, December 14th and Friday, December 21st, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
