Dartmouth complex sells for $9.7M

DARTMOUTH — In one of the largest real estate transactions in the town's history, Whelan Associates has sold Faunce Corner Executive Center One to Rattlesnake Southcoast for $9.7 million. William M. Whelan, a principal in Whelan Associates, said yesterday the purchase price equates to $200 per square foot.
