WHELAN ASSOCIATES ANNOUNCES THE RIBBON CUTTING FOR THEIR NEWEST MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING

New Bedford, MA—April 13, 2007 — Whelan Associates, a proven leader in strategic real estate services, today announced a ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening of One Washington Place, their newest medical office building. The ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening, hosted by Whelan Associates and Orthopedic Care Specialists, Inc. is scheduled for April 26th.

The ribbon cutting ceremony will kick off the official opening of One Washington Place. The 50,000 square foot building, located on Route 138 in Easton, MA, is now fully leased and home to four local businesses. Tenants who made the move to One Washington Place include Orthopedic Care Specialists, Inc. (formerly Sullivan Orthopedics), Dr. Albert Ackil, Neurologist, Caritas Christi Health Care, and Dr. John Tsonis’ Spine Centers of New England. One Washington Place was strategically designed to accommodate the latest medical technologies, including MRI, CT Scan, digital X-Ray, an ambulatory surgical center and a full-service rehabilitation center, making it a perfect fit for the tenants.
