Whelan Associates Announces the Groundbreaking of Two Washington Place

The newest building in the multi-building medical center development is permitted and construction has begun.

Whelan Associates today announced a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Two Washington Place, a 42,000 square foot, Class A medical office building located on Route 138 in Easton, MA. The ceremony will take place at the site on Monday, December 10, 2007 at 3:00 pm. This kicks off the construction phase of the project which is slated for completion in the fall of 2008. This building is the second in a multi-building medical center development.

One Washington Place, completed in early 2007, is fully leased to Orthopedic Care Specialists, Inc. (formerly Sullivan Orthopedics), Dr Albert Ackil, Neurologist, Caritas Christi Health Care, John Tsonis’ Spine Centers of New England, and Trinity Family Medicine. Three Washington Place is now in the planning and permitting stages and is expected to break ground in the spring of 2008.
