Whelan Associates, LLC decorates two prominent downtown buildings in Holiday attire
The Union Square and Bank Plaza buildings have been bedecked with fresh wreaths and laurel, music broadcast daily during the Holidays and live carolers performing for AHA night
Whelan Associates, the strategic real estate services company announces that their corporate headquarters at 174 Union Street, the former NBIS headquarters, and its office building at 700 Pleasant Streethave been dressed for the holidays.
Bill Whelan Jr., President of Whelan Associates, in co-operation with New Bedford design firm Out of the Box Creative and George Telheiro has come up with a very special look for this holiday season. The Union Streetside of the historic building has been decorated with traditional holiday trim of reds and gold with fresh wreaths in every window. The columns have been wrapped in fresh laurel and under the main pediment is a large centerpiece tree lit and decorated with poinsettias. Holiday music is being broadcast from the building balcony during the Holiday season from 3 to 6 pm.
A choral event has been planned by Whelan Associates for AHA night, December 14th at the 174 Union Street Building. Encor Entertainment will sing a medley of songs featuring traditional holiday music from 6:30to7:30 PM and 8:00 to 9:00 PM.
At the 700 Pleasant Street office building the motif turns to silvers and gold’s while lights on all the trees and bushes will brighten the night. A very large bow has been tied at the corner of the building entrance with Happy Holidays on the hangtag.
