Company Expanding to Support Rapid Growth
New Bedford, MA — March 17, 2016— Whelan Associates, a proven leader in strategic real estate services, is pleased to announce the addition of several new, highly skilled employees to the growing Facilities and Property Management division of the company.
Edward J. Brouillard has joined the team as Janitorial Supervisor. In his position, Brouillard will supervise and train the janitorial staff of all Whelan Associates’ managed properties. Brouillard brings more than 10 years of janitorial and supervision experience to the position. Previously, he served as Station Manager of National Aviation Services where he oversaw the cleaning and security of commercial aircrafts nightly.
Richard A. Nicholls has joined Whelan Associates as Property Manager. Nicholls will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of property management for owners and tenants and ensuring building operations are performing to Whelan Associates’ standards and procedures. Nicholls has more than 17 years of experience in Property Management. Previous employers include Trenton Property Services, Trammell Crow Company, Colliers Pinkard, HallKeen Management, and most recently, Brady Sullivan Properties based out of Rhode Island.
Stephen H. Rankin has joined the company as Maintenance Engineer. In this position, Rankin will perform a variety of general maintenance functions, including patching and painting walls, minor equipment and plumbing repairs, building equipment inspections, facilities tours and preventive maintenance. He brings 19 years of maintenance technician experience to Whelan Associates.
